লিচিপ্ৰিয়া কাংগুজাম (ইংৰাজী: Licypriya Kangujam, জন্ম: ২ অক্টোবৰ ২০১১) ভাৰতৰ এগৰাকী শিশু পৰিৱেশ কৰ্মী। তেওঁ বিশ্বব্যাপী সৰ্বকনিষ্ঠ জলবায়ু কৰ্মীসকলৰ ভিতৰত অন্যতম আৰু স্পেইনৰ মাদ্ৰিডত ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘৰ জলবায়ু সন্মিলন ২০১৯ (চিওপি২৫)ত বিশ্বৰ নেতাসকলক সম্বোধন কৰি তেওঁলোকক তাৎক্ষণিক জলবায়ু ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণ কৰিবলৈ কৈছিল।[2][3] লিচিপ্ৰিয়াই ২০১৮ চনৰ পৰা ভাৰতত জলবায়ু ব্যৱস্থাৰ বাবে প্ৰচাৰ চলাই আছে। ভাৰতৰ উচ্চ প্ৰদূষণৰ স্তৰ ৰোধ কৰিবলৈ নতুন আইন গৃহীত কৰিবলৈ আৰু বিদ্যালয়সমূহত জলবায়ু পৰিবৰ্তনৰ বিষয়ে শিক্ষাদান বাধ্যতামূলক কৰিবলৈ দাবী জনায় আহিছে।[4][5]

তেওঁক প্ৰায়ে ভাৰতৰ গ্ৰেটা থুন্বাৰি বুলি অভিহিত কৰা হয়। লিচিপ্ৰিয়াই ২০১৮ চনৰ জুলাইত জলবায়ু পৰিবৰ্তনৰ বিৰুদ্ধে ওকালতি কৰা আৰম্ভ কৰিছিল।[6] জলবায়ু কৰ্মী গ্ৰেটা থুন্বাৰিৰ দ্বাৰা অনুপ্ৰাণিত হৈ ২০১৯ চনৰ ২১ জুন তাৰিখে লিচিপ্ৰিয়াই ভাৰতত জলবায়ু পৰিবৰ্তন আইন গৃহীত কৰিবলৈ প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী নৰেন্দ্ৰ মোদীৰ মনোযোগ আকৰ্ষণ কৰিবলৈ ভাৰতীয় সংসদ ভৱনৰ বাহিৰত এসপ্তাহ অতিবাহিত কৰিছিল। ২০১৯ চনৰ ৩১ আগষ্ট তাৰিখে লিচিপ্ৰিয়াই মালদ্বীপ চৰকাৰৰ যুৱ আৰু যুৱ ক্ৰীড়া আৰু সম্প্ৰদায় সশক্তিকৰণ মন্ত্ৰালয়ৰ দ্বাৰা আয়োজিত এক অনুষ্ঠানত অষ্ট্ৰেলিয়াৰ অৰ্থনীতি আৰু শান্তি প্ৰতিষ্ঠান (আইইপি) বিশ্ব শান্তি সূচকৰ অংশীদাৰিত্ব সঞ্চালক শ্ৰী চাৰ্লছ এলেনৰ দ্বাৰা হস্তান্তৰ কৰা "বিশ্ব শিশু শান্তি পুৰস্কাৰ ২০১৯" লাভ কৰে। তেওঁক আমেৰিকা যুক্তৰাষ্ট্ৰৰ ৱাশ্বিংটন, ডি.এ.ত অৱস্থিত আৰ্থ দিৱস নেটৱৰ্কৰ মুখ্য কাৰ্যালয়ৰ দ্বাৰা "ৰাইজিং ষ্টাৰ" শীৰ্ষক উপাধি প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছিল।[7][8][9]
২০১৯ চনৰ ১৯ নৱেম্বৰ তাৰিখে ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ নীতি আয়োগৰ সহযোগত দৈনিক ভাস্কৰে চণ্ডীগড় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ত প্ৰদান কৰা "এছডিজি এম্বেছাডৰ এৱাৰ্ড ২০১৯" বঁটা লাভ কৰে। লিচিপ্ৰিয়াই পণ্ডিচেৰীৰ উপৰাজ্যপাল কিৰণ বেদীৰ গৱৰ্ণৰ দ্বাৰা নতুন দিল্লীত ২০২০ চনৰ ৩ জানুৱাৰী তাৰিখে "গ্লোবেল চাইল্ড প্ৰডিজি বঁটা ২০২০" লাভ কৰিছিল।[10] ২০২০ চনৰ ১৮ ফেব্ৰুৱাৰীত দিল্লী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ত অনুষ্ঠিত টেডএক্স এছবিএছচিক সম্বোধন কৰিছিল। ২০২০ চনৰ ২৩ ফেব্ৰুৱাৰী তাৰিখে তেওঁ মুম্বাইত অনুষ্ঠিত টেডএক্সগেটৱেক সম্বোধন কৰে আৰু তেওঁৰ ভাষণৰ বাবে শ্ৰোতাৰ ষ্টেণ্ডিং অভেচন লাভ কৰিছিল।[11][12][13][14]

লিচিপ্ৰিয়া কাংগুজাম জন্ম ২০১১ চনৰ ২ অক্টোবৰ তাৰিখে ভাৰতৰ মণিপুৰৰ বাসিখংত হৈছিল। তেওঁ কে কে সিং আৰু বিদ্যৰাণী দেৱী কাংগুজাম অংবিৰ জ্যেষ্ঠ কন্যা। সাত বছৰ বছৰ পৰা তেওঁ জলবায়ু পৰিবৰ্তন আৰু দুৰ্যোগৰ বিপদাশংকা হ্ৰাসৰ মোকাবিলা কৰিবলৈ মাত মাতি আহিছে। ২০১৯ চনৰ জুন মাহত তেওঁ ভাৰতৰ সংসদ ভৱনৰ সন্মুখত ভাৰতৰ প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী নৰেন্দ্ৰ মোদীক সম্বোধন কৰি ভাৰতত জলবায়ু পৰিবৰ্তন আইন প্ৰণয়ন কৰিবলৈ প্ৰতিবাদ কৰিছিল।[15][16][17][18]

লিচিপ্ৰিয়াই কেৰালাৰ মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী পিনাৰায়ী বিজয়নক ২০১৮ চনৰ ২৪ আগষ্ট তাৰিখে কেৰালাৰ বানপীড়িত শিশুসকলক সহায় কৰিবলৈ ১ লাখ টকা দান কৰিছিল। দুবছৰ পিছত তেওঁ কেৰালা চৰকাৰৰ পৰা স্বীকৃতি পত্ৰ এখন লাভ কৰিছিল।[23]
