Please keep the original agenda at this moment .... since that was prepared in the meeting with approval of the members . But please suggest your changes separately so that those suggestions can be discussed on next meeting . This is the standard procedure for alteration . Felicitation is nice thing but we need a finance for 10 distinguish guest Jaapi & Gamocha will cost at least Rs 400 /- to total budget for that will be around Rs 4000/- , If some one sponsors it then there is no problem .
