নীৰৱ অৱাম্লজানতা বা ছাইলেণ্ট হাইপ'ক্সিয়া (ইংৰাজী: Silent hypoxia বা happy hypoxia)[1][2] হৈছে এক প্ৰকাৰৰ হাইপোক্সিয়া অৰ্থাৎ শৰীৰত অক্সিজেনৰ পৰিমাণ কমি যোৱা এক অৱস্থা, যাৰ উশাহ চুটি হোৱা অৱস্থাৰ সৈতে কোনো মিল নাই।[3][4][5] ইয়াক কৰ'নাভাইৰাছ ৰোগ ২০১৯ৰ এক জটিলতা বুলি জনা যায়।[6][7] অনুমান কৰা হৈছে যে এছএআৰএছ-চিঅ'ভি-2 বোৰে হাঁওফাঁওৰ বায়ুপথৰ তেজৰ প্ৰবাহৰ উপৰিও হাঁওফাঁওৰ ভিতৰত থকা ৰক্তনলীবোৰৰ তেজৰ প্ৰবাহো প্ৰভাৱিত কৰে, ফলত সঠিক পৰিমাণে বায়ুপ্ৰবাহিত নহয়, কিন্তু উশাহ চুটি হৈ যোৱাকৈ প্ৰভাৱিত নকৰে।[8][9] হাঁওফাঁওৰ ভিতৰত সৰু সৰু পৰিসৰত তেজ গোট মৰাৰ ফলতো ছাইলেণ্ট হাইপোক্সিয়া হ'ব পাৰে বুলি অনুমান কৰা হয়।[10][11][12] দেখা গৈছে যে কোভিড-19 থকা ৰোগীৰ উশাহ-নিশাহৰ হাৰ ক্ৰমান্বয়ে বৃদ্ধি পায়, যাৰ ফলত ছাইলেণ্ট হাইপোক্সিয়া হয়।[13] এইটোও দেখুওৱা হৈছে যে কোভিড-19 ৰোগীসকলে অ-কোভিড-19 ৰোগীৰ তুলনাত ব্যায়ামৰ পিছত কম পৰিমাণৰ উশাহ চুটি অনুভৱ কৰে।[14] অনিয়মিত নিউমোনিয়া[15] আৰু উচ্চতাৰ সৈতে জড়িত অসুস্থতাৰ ফলতো এই অৱস্থা হোৱা বুলি জনা যায়।[16][17][18]
