Usage

This template is used for displaying a date in both Old Style and New Style, including a discreet link to the article Old Style and New Style dates, in cases where the year is the same in both Styles.

{{OldStyleDate|NS day and month|year|OS day and month}}

If it helps you remember the order of the parameters, you may optionally choose to think of it like this:

{{OldStyleDate|NS day and month|NS year|OS day and month|OS year}}

Note that in this usage the fourth parameter will be ignored when the template is rendered.

Examples

• Usage: {{OldStyleDate|2 February|1905|20 January}}
  • Result: 2 February [পুৰণা নিয়মত 20 January] 1905

• Usage: {{OldStyleDate|February 2|1905|January 20}}
  • Result: February 2 [পুৰণা নিয়মত January 20] 1905
