পৰাগ দাস (ইংৰাজী: Parag Das; জন্ম: ১ জানুৱাৰী ১৯৭৪) এজন প্ৰাক্তন প্ৰথম শ্ৰেণীৰ ভাৰতীয় ক্ৰিকেটাৰ। অসমৰ গুৱাহাটীত পৰাগ দাসৰ জন্ম হৈছিল। তেওঁ অসম, ৰে’লৱে’ আৰু পূব মণ্ডল ক্ৰিকেট দলক প্ৰতিনিধিত্ব কৰিছিল।[1][2][3] তেওঁ এজন সোঁহাতৰ বেটছমেন আছিল আৰু সোঁহাতেৰে মধ্যমীয়া গতিৰে বলিং কৰিছিল।[4] ১৯৯৩/৯৪ চনৰ ৰঞ্জী ট্ৰফীত অসমৰ হৈ পৰাগ দাসৰ প্ৰথম শ্ৰেণীৰ ক্ৰিকেটৰ অভিষেক ঘটিছিল। তেওঁ ৪৩খন প্ৰথম শ্ৰেণীৰ খেল খেলিছিল আৰু ৩২খন লিষ্ট এ মেচ খেলিছিল। প্ৰথম শ্ৰেণীৰ খেলত তেওঁৰ সৰ্বোচ্চ স্ক’ৰ আছিল ১১৮।
