For example, PM India website (https://www.pmindia.gov.in/mni/). If you go to that website and choose Manipuri, you'll see the use of Bengali script. So is the case with many other websites. As Google translate and Wikipedia are different projects, so we can't say that Google will do it according to Wikipedia or not.
