Nupur will get warm welcome during her date of arrival & she will be felicitated on her arrival date . Otherwise if we felicitate her in front of distinguish guests & if we do not felicitated the distinguish guests there may be -ve impact . Since Ex VC like Dr. Kulandu Pathak may present. We will introduce Nupur in front of public , during the time of the meeting .
As per the govt protocol ex VC is much higher rank .
