This template adds article talk pages to Category:Wikipedia good articles and to the Wikipedia CD Selection-GAs. To indicate the reviewed version and the topic of a Good article, use {{GA|date|oldid=nnnnnn|topic=topic name}} on the talk page rather than just {{GA|date}}. Here date should be replaced by the date when the article was listed, nnnnnn should be replaced by the id number of the reviewed version of the article, and topic name should be replaced by the abbreviation or full name of the top-level topic under which the article is listed at Wikipedia:Good articles: this will point the Good articles link to the relevant section on the good articles list. Some of the possible topics can be found here; the abbreviations for the topics are: arts, langlit, philrelig, farming, food, video games, everydaylife, socsci, geography, history, engtech, math, natsci.
