এডমাণ্ড হেলি (বা এডমণ্ড হেলি; ইংৰাজী: Edmond Halley[1] বা Edmund Halley[2]; ৮ নৱেম্বৰ, ১৬৫৬ – ২৫ জানুৱাৰী, ১৭৪২) আছিল এজন ক্ৰমে ইংৰাজী জ্যেতিৰ্বিদ, ভূ-পদাৰ্থবিদ, গণিতজ্ঞ, বতৰ বিজ্ঞানী আৰু পদাৰ্থ বিজ্ঞানী। হেলিৰ ধুমকেতুৰ কক্ষপথ গণনা কৰি উলিওৱাৰ বাবেই এডমাণ্ড হেলি বেছিকৈ বিখ্যাত। জন ফ্লেমষ্টীডৰ উত্তৰাধিকাৰ লাভ কৰি এডমাণ্ড হেলি ব্ৰিটেইনৰ দ্বিতীয়জন ৰাজকীয় জ্যোতিৰ্বিদ হৈছিল।

১৬৫৬ চনৰ ৮ নৱেম্বৰত পূৱ লণ্ডনৰ হেগাৰষ্টন নামে ঠাইত এডমাণ্ড হেলিৰ জন্ম হৈছিল। হেলিৰ পিতৃৰ নাম আছিল এডমণ্ড আৰু মাতৃৰ নাম আছিল এনি। শিশু অৱস্থাত হেলি গণিতৰ প্ৰতি বিশেষ আগ্ৰহী আছিল। ছেইণ্ট পলচ স্কুল আৰু কুইনচ্ কলেজ, অক্সফ'ৰ্ডৰ পৰা হেলিয়ে প্ৰাৰম্ভিক শিক্ষা লাভ কৰিছিল। স্নাতক ছাত্ৰাৱস্থাতেই হেলিয়ে সৌৰজগত আৰু সৌৰ কলংকৰ ওপৰত গৱেষণা পত্ৰ প্ৰকাশ কৰিছিল।[3]
